    Taking creatine with a liver condition

    hey watsup,its mike again with another one of his queston,I have a liver condition and I wanted to know if its ok to take a creatine supplement?or if it would be a good idea anyway let me know

    i woudl stick with the CEE insted of mono, and yes u can take it, but i woudl try it for 8 weeks on then get blood test just to see how it effects you. just to be safe.

    I have never heard creatine being rough on liver. Anyone have links to any decent publications? if this is true.

    Either have i. but he has a liver condition. just to be safe i would check it out
