Protein Absorbtion
We all know that we need the equivalent of our weight in Protein Each Day.
I take about 7-8 scoop of 23g ED of Protein.
I would like to know how much protein can the body absorb every hour, or every digesting perdiod? Is there any maximum ? I suppose that my body can't absorb too much protein in a short period of time ?
Any experienced ppl can help me on this ?

I dont think there is a proven number of grams of protein a human can digest in 1 meal, besides every body is different. I would say 40-50grams per meal is a realistic number, thats what I shoot for atleast.

isnt it 24-29 per hr (with out the aid of supps. or gear) .......thats what i heard once but i might be wrong... any gurus out there that can chime in?
