Ids Mass Tabs
just received my mass tabs. I am not sure when i am going to start. I am going to wait for chuck to finish his log first. I will be running the following:
Animal Paks 1 packs daily
Perque Triple EFA Guard 4 daily
Flax oil 2 tablespoons daily
AE perfect cycle (n-Acetyl-Cysteine 2000mg, Milk thistle 1200mg, ALA 400mg)
coq10 300mg
hawthorne berry 1500mgs (do not have yet)
IDS MASS TABS 1 ed
probiotics
no-xplode (if necessary for energy and focus)
sugar free red bull
daily diet includes 3 labrada lean body's
1.5 gallons of water
3500calories
cream of rice
oats
brown rice
rice cakes
sweet potato
egg whites
chicken
lean beef
etc.
pct
nolva/aromasin /myogenx/cellmass vitargo cgl

support supps and pct look good
but clean that diet up b4 you start...aka no labrada lean bodys

From what I read this stuff is somewhat like Superdrol. You might want to add some Taurine and be sure to get plenty of potassium ( banannas). You might also want to take the supps a week before you start to frontload them.
Also might want to bump up the milk thistle some. Good luck, really interested in this stuff. Would be interested in seeing a log.

I would drop the creatine during cycle, your liver is already going through enough and you don't need another diuretic.
I would up the milk thistle to 3000mg a day, the stuff is cheap.

Is it recommended to hav l-dex on hand during sdrol or m1t cycle? It is my understanding that mass tabs are a little of both

I have not been able to find a site where someone has completed a cycle of the mass tabs and most questions are people trying to figure out exactly what they are so you are right Who the hell knows?

well I coudn't wait I took my support supps and my mass tab today and I will be posting a before pic and starting a log i am 5'9"" 185lbs and 13%bf I was weighed and had bf calculated yesterday so I know my #s are accurate. i am currently not doing any cardio and I will not start cardio for another month. i might play b-ball once a week for and hour or so! I am not looking for record lifts because i set them all last year while on test i am simply looking to gain back what I lost from being sick and stressed out for the last 6 months which is about 10lbs of lean mass

So I started everything on thursday and I did not sleep well that night. I woke up Friday and I felt like crap. I am not sure if it is allergies or the tabs. Here is what I got going on:

OK I felt bad but I went and did chest today. The weights felt lighter, but there was a lack of energy

i am definately feeling fuller my buddy who started the same day I did said he is a little nervous because the tabs are working so well for him very fast. He was Mr. NJ 1995 so he has experience. He was really surprised with the results so far for not lifting that hard he feels the gains and I agree

I had a tough time getting up this morning, but I was up late doing type 2 cardio. I don't think I am noticing side effects at this point. I will be checking Bp soon

she did say that I looked bigger. She really noticed a change in my traps and she said my face leaned out. i def feel a change after week 1

roodog, be ready to be impressed... by week 4 your numbers will be through the roof... I carried a lot of bloat on those... didn't have some of the sides with headache and laziness like m1t made me... get a pct ready though cause it shut me down..

I will hit legs on monday to complete my first week of training on mass tabs. No noticeable sides so far. The first couple of days my stomach was going nuts, but I am fine now I felt lethargic on friday and saturday morning. i am getting plenty of type 2 cardio and I feel ok so far. definately not experiencing the overall sense of well being that one would have on test, but i am only at the beginning of week 2

I am up 4 lbs on the scale after week 1 I feel that i am leaner than when I started, but today i feel a little bloat. I did chest today to get back to my original training schedule.

Thanks! yeah I know I feel like I'm talking to myself. I don't think i can re title the thread to add the word log. This is my first go around and the strength is pretty good. You don't get that all around sense of well being, but the weights just move easier when training. I hope it will keep going

I'm not exactly sure how I feel. I felt a change in the first week, but I feel like I stalled out. The strength is good, but I don't feel the fullness that I felt the first 7-10 days

well I have had a stressful week at work and it has thrown off my eating schedule. I have been scrambling to get my meals in and some of them had to be broken into parts. My week has had an impact on eating, training and sleeping. I hit shoulders today and I was a bit disappointed.

My food intake had an impact on my performance I also did not consume half the amount of water that I normally do plus i had 2 servings of noxplode and a sugar free redbull throughout the day. I am curious if stims or NO could have a neg effect on the mass tabs. Not Sure if that is possible./ I feel bloated and don't look as good as I did last week. This is a same because I was really starting to lean up nice
