Didn't know they still made them. I've tried them years ago, didn't feel a thing from them.

so they are not good for anything, what else can I use to not gain weight just lose stonach and love handles

I tried them last year. Got them gave to me by a firend who used one dose and thought they messed with his stomach. I didnt notice anything while using them. Except they didn't taste half bad, but not worth buying just for that.

As I remember, they were supposed to help with GH levels. We all know how hard it is to naturally raise GH levels.
