Natural Herbal Diuretics.

I'd like to here some opinions on this.

Unfortunately the antidepressant meds my doc prescribed me have a side effect of causing water retention especially in the gut area, so it seems that although my abs can still be seen when tensed it seems like they stick out above the gut...sort of like Ronnie Coleman GH Syndrome. :wg:

I'm not going to risk taking loop diuretics like lasix to rid myself of the excess water but i've started taking a product called Aqua Ban.

Basically it consists of Uva Ursi Powder (75mg), clivers powder (75mg) burdock root powder 50.0

On the packet is says "Helps to eliminate excess water"

Any thoughts, suggestions, personal experiences, etc would be appreciated.
