man im supossed to take 1to 1.5 grms of protein for every lb of weight that means that i have to take 300to450grms being that i way 300lbs where in the world am i gonna get all that protein? i need to drink like 4 protien shakes thats gonna be expensive do you guys and where am i gonna have thet time to drink all that ? and i still need to eat my four meals whew!!? do you guys know of a better idea for proyein intake or how to go about consuming all this protien? or do i need to take that much?![]()
