    PCT and supps

    I am gona da a 12wk cycle of test and i am putting together my pct as of now. I was wondering what should i throw into my PCT to help keep my mass.
    I was thinking massive amounts of L-Arginine, creatine, myogenx, milk thistle, saw palmetto. anything else you guys would recomend?

    Glutamine, BCAA's during yoru workout, in the middle of the night if you wake up. Personally Id run the creatine at like 20-30g per day. Run the glutamine at like 20g, 5 in the morning, 5 pre/pwo and 5 before bed.

    thats how I would do it, I also dont think 5-10g of creatine is enough, I used to run 10g per day and it didnt NOTHING for me, Nark suggested I try 20-30g so I bumped it right up to 30g and it really started doing its thing, try it, might upset your stomach a bit but who cares, lol.
