hey everyone, im 15 years old, I'm 5'7, I'm 200 pounds and for august 1 i want to be skinny like at 160 or 170 i got in the gym a week ago, the supplements im taking to loose weight are, L-CARNITINE, CLA, AND GREEN TEA, i drink l-carnitine 1 time and thats before exercise at 5:00 p.m, and CLA i take it at 6:00a.m, and green tea before going to bed, NOW DO THIS SUPPLEMENTS HELP ME OR AM I JUST WASTING MY MONEY, IF SO TELL ME WHAT TO BUY THAT CAN HELP ME ACHIVE MY GOAL, i do 1 hour of cardio everyday, and 1 hour of weights also
