Waxy maize starch?

I just started (less than a week in) taking Vitargo but it appears that many people on here like the product. It is rather expensive and none of the gyms/health food stores in my area seem to carry it or keep much in stock.

I was interested in here about people making there own? Recipe sounds easy enough but WHERE is everyone finding the waxy maize starch???? I would prefer not to order it online but it appears that may be the only option. Suggestions????

Also what are the specific measurements per part that should be mixed with the creatine?
