Ok, I've been reading and have seen different opinions about when and how to take these two.
This is what I'm going to do, after workout take my WMS and when finished with that take my Whey Isolate. Is this the best way to take it, because I've seen more people say not to mix them together.

Here's one: generally 1-2 scoops. Each scoop is ~40g carbs.
typical recommendation for using WMS is not to use whey or whole foods with it, but BCAAs, CEE, taurine, etc. Whatever you add should not exceed 15% of the mix.
You can have whey/oats or another whole food meal 20-30 minutes after your WMS shake.
