    animal

    is animal pack a good source of the vitamins i need. or should i just stick with taking reg gen multivitamins?

    have you read a label and seen the vitamin content in animal pack, well this should help and tell me what you think if its a good source of vitamins or not

    You cant. there pretty expensive for vitamins. they are good though

    i swear this is one of the only supps that actually work, i cant be one day without it, it also boosts my workout energy and i dont get colds anymore at all

    i agree. i dont even see myself not taking it. when i was at the arnold i got the animal pak guys autograph on a poster...the one with the tattoo "overcome" on his forearm.

    animal pak does not have a good calcium magnesium ratio 2g/133mg not good

    too much calcium and not enough manesium is an unbalance. that is a lot of calcium and not enough magnesium to offset this can cause stones, but i still think it is a great product
