I read on another forum a new method of taking orals longer but lighter. You take a stronger than normal dose right be4 you work out. You dose 3-4times a week depending on how much you work out. On days off you don't dose. The thought behind this is you have longer less intense cycles so your not shut down as hard. I'm thinking of 45mg of Phera Plex pre-workout 3 days a week for 6weeks. Nolva and aromasin for PCT thinking it will be lighter than normal though. Maybe this will help keep the gains better than normal cycle.
