adding oats to PWO shake
nobody had answered me on a thread about adding carbs to a PWO sjake so i thought i would start a new thread.
if im adding oats to my PWO shake what size should the serving be?

I would have 3/4 cup, that will be about 50g of carbs..

No prob man! also it couldnt hurt to add some simple sugar especially after a workout, some ideas would be brown sugar or honey..fruit etc..

well i usually eat a pretty high carb meal after my workout but my whey shake has very low carbs so i just wanted something new to add to make PWO shake i used to add dextrose but im not a huge fan of it

I eat a cup pwo and a 1/2 cup ppwo.

i just check how many carbs are in what amount on the label and try to put equal amount of carbs and whey in my shake.

jetsfan, for you i would reccomend 1/2 cup of oats and 1 tablespoon of my semen
