    CLA and/or Flax oil

    Wuz up fellas I was just wondering if when you are taking flax oil if you can take CLA or do they both do the same. I know I have read alot about cla hlping with lean mass but I don't know if flax hels with that. I would appreciate any suggestions.

    CLAis usually used for fat burning and flax for cholesterol

    of course they are both just fatty acids there wont be any interaction between the 2
