    please help creatine

    I just started creatine yesterday i was wondering what kinda results people were getting and i also race motocross do you think it would help with indournece i take 5mg twice aday does that sound right

    yeah its monohydrate gnc creatine in the morning and before bed

    take one serving post workout, monohydrate will make you more bloated then other forms of creatine

    yea ive used it worked pretty well but i like creatine ethyl ester or CEE as people call it, it doesnt make you bloated and i think i get better gains off it and the dosage is smaller, but with the monohydrate do the 2 servings like you are but make sure one is post wokrout and its supposed to be good for endurnace but ive never used it for that

    i dont think its needed, when you load its supposed so "saturate" the muscle but you cant handle that much creatine at one time so you just piss most of it out
