Clen & NO Product?
Hey everyone, ive been taking clen for about 3 weeks now and was wondering if i can use an Nitric Oxide product at the same time? Thanks

you CAN but its not going to do anything. I forgot where i read this but i hear clen cancles out the No2. im sure someone will chime in about this

clen is a vasoconstrictor and NO products are vasodilators

I thought NO products were hemodilators.

if i'm not mistaken, hemodilator=vasodilator
edit: I searched wikipedia for both terms, and only vasodilator came up http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vasodilator

damn that sucks, i was trying to take something that would also put on some size because i was taking t3 also for about 3 weeks and i feel that i lost some muscle. Any suggestions? thanks guys

Just start a bulk cycle and when your done with that start a cutting cycle. Magic.

im trying to lose fat so i sont want to bulk i was hoping for some nice pumps while working out

Only thing you can do then is cardio. 60% - 70% heart rate.

P.S. You will get amazing pumps with the NO Products.

This for me is a good time to invest in a good creatine/No type product like Kre-ex by atlus nutrtion.

Thanks I will take creatine now wiith the clen and then when I cycle off i will take an NO product.
Question MFT81 when do you reduce your carbs for cutting? I am around 17%BF and trying to get down to 10% any suggestions? Thanks alot.

^^^ see thats the thing, I havent really cut any carbs, I eat my norm maitance macros because lifting preformance is #1. so I do my cardio pwo when ive drained most of my glycogen stores for like 20 mins or so.
I dont do high gi carbs pwo, I just eat a reg meal of protein and veggies.
I guess the only meal ive cut back carbs on is my 2nd meal, I used to eat prob like a cup (cooked) of rice and now its like a 1/2 cup.
the only time I do am cardio on an empty stomach is sunday morning, talk about f-ing boring.......
so for what your trying to do, keep eating what you eat now, (If its approved by us in the diet forum) and then just cut back on your carbs here and there. should be able to do what ive done which is go from 14% to prolly around 10.5% now and the goal is 9% maybe 8%

IF you have problems with BP, the NO will keep your bloodpressure from going to high as a result of the vaso-constricting properties of Clen ...
You won't get the same effect from an NO product, but your heart will have more blood and oxygen to pump...may be worth it to use it from a health perspective...
