    Top Three Supplements

    Aside from basic protein, what three supplements do you find most important for training/bodybuilding purposes.

    For me, it would probably be a good post workout shake (I use Biotest's Surge), Creatine and a basic multivatimin (Anamilpaks).

    I also throw in BCAA's, glutamine, lots of joint products ala Glucosamine, Chondriten, MSM, etc.

    aside from protien , i believe a multi viatamin (animal pak) is essential , everything else is just an extra boost

    1)Protein (Whey + PWO)
    2))Some type of pre-workout booster, whether its a thermo/ECA, amphetamine(amp) or an NO(NO shotgun,AMP02) - I think this helps mentally with the boost to do more, endurance and the actual merit of the supplement
    3)Multi's/BCAAS/Fish Flax - All a staple of a good diet.
