    Milk Thistle

    Does this hinder aas gains? I keep hearing it does and it doesnt. I wanted to get some Himalaya Liver Care. I cant find the dosage in these things. How much do I take to get a gram ed?

    Do it if you feel the need, but most people dont need it with the low cycles that they run, and whether its makes any difference is debatable. Just do reasonable cycles and dosages

    I dont where people keep hearing this that milk thistle effects gains. Milk thistle does not block anything from going through the liver at all. Milk thistle is just a liver support, it helps the liver stay healthy, but no by blocking the methylated compound.

    Here is some info I had lying around.
    German scientists identified a group of active ingredients from milk thistle, mainly from the seeds, and named them collectively as "silymarin".

    Silymarin is known to protect the liver by altering and strengthening the structure of outer cell membranes of hepatocytes (liver cells)
