IDS MASS TABS *training log*
I decided to run a cycle of the Mass Tabs from Ids with these i will also be taking the following: Superpump 250, Nitrix, Aromastin, Creatine powder, Megamen, and GABA.. I will do the recommended 30 day cycle then following that with the Post Cycle Tabs that Ids has to offer after the Mass tabs Cycle is completed. Im 6'2" 225 with 15% BF as of today 4/12/07. My goals are to gain mass...plain and simple..With the right diet and training im looking for atleast a 10 lb gain..
Training Split
M-Chest
T-Back/Bi
W-Off
Th-Shoulders/Tri
Fri-Legs
Sat-Arms
Sun-Off
Diet Goals:
4500+ cals/day
250+ protein/day
500+ carbs/day
as lil fat as possible

yer gonna need ALOT more then the otc "tabs" you have listed fer pct
and where are all yer support supps???
hold off on this cycle if u havent started already until you get everything straightened out

take it from me bro, i did m1t about 4 years back when i had no idea what i was doing---didnt take ne support supps, only ran 6oxo for like a week and a half for pct...what happened u ask? gyno and sexual dysfucntion for MONTHS
you need to ease off on this cycle for now...IMO when it comes to these otc roids you should b able to write a book about em b4 u run a cycle.
All i can suggest is reasearch, research, research...read EVERYTHING about superdrol, pheraplex, m1t, halodrol...EVERYTHING! Granted these drugs arent masstabs but pretty much everything that applies to them applies to masstabs

did somemore research on all those that you told me, I plan to add taurine and milk thistle, i still have somemore research to do but thats what ive found so far is that its tough on your liver..as far a s getting nolvadex , i found a place on the web called ehealthpharmacy.com is this legit...http://www.ehealthpharmacy.com/drugs.asp thnx

i can tell hes certainly pointed me in the right direction thank you guys...im going to the gym in a few hours to do legs for the first time since high school, yikes but i gotta do them bc my top half is unproportionate now and i look like a retard with chicken legs..ill post the results when i get back

As far pct still waiting to see if the tamoxifen on ar-r for 50.00 is legit..also still researching more pct options, but i have 4 weeks to get everything squared away when my cycle ends..

Well just got back from the gym and holy S*** what a workout.. I dont know if it was the slayer or if the mass tabs actually work but tonight was the best workout ive ever had.. I did back and bi tonight:

Mass tabs is no joke, hands down..when you eat right and lift heavy like ive been trying to do this last week, this stuff is prolly the best supplement ive ever taken. Ive put on 3lbs in 6days using these and i have no signs of slowing down. Im too lazy to post my numbers but they were higher than last weeks back and bi day..Ill post numbers when im not sooo tired....
