    diazepam use

    with sleep patterns a little disturbed by tren e,do any of u medics out ther think sleepers wud affect muscle growth by disturbing R.E.M. sleep,sumthn i was told was imp 4 muscle growth?

    nope ur good to go... benzos actually promote muscle growth by lowering the stress hormone known as cortisol... just don't get addicted!!

    I ve used diaz from time to time and it does work well..I normally just use benadryl due to ***endency as stated above.

    Benzo meds can be additive, IMHO i wouldnt use them long term otherwise you may have problems coming off them. I use the herbal over the counter sleep meds which are really good and are non-addictive.

    Agreed...melatonin is an effective OTC sleep aide...I've successfully used it many times.
