    Creatine Question

What Creatine products are you guys using. I have been on one for a while, and it seems to be loosing its effectiveness and I'm looking to try something else. Thanks...

i would try beverly international creatine. i got good strength results from it. i think its ok to stay on creatine all the time but you should reload about every six weeks.

***ends on what your looking for.... honestly i think creatine ethyl ester is more of an easier creatine on the stumach and digestive tract, it also gives you more of a leaner look doesnt put much of a bloat on yah... creatine monohydrate is old school.. haha naw but its always acidic... harder on the stumach but also gives you a good bit of mass.. krealkyline(sp) is the easiest on your stumach, also doesnt need to be cycled off of..... theres alot of choices on creatine products though... if you dont know which one works for you i would suggest something that has multiple creatines in it. like anabolic switch (cant think of the company. the company that makes "no2""ce2"), creakic etc.

Thanks for the info. I think I'll go without for a few weeks and then try something different.
