I have been using Reflex Instant Whey tastes really nice mixes well too But price isnt amazing bout £30 for a tub of 2.2kg

I go with ON's 100% Gold Whey Standard or MHP Probolic (this stuff taste like cake mix, lol, its so good!)

Muscle Milk is the best tasting protein I've had but I go through 5lbs in 2 weeks so I only take it before bed and in the middle of the night.
During the day, I take ON 100% Gold Whey.
i like cytosports complete whey
muscle juice 2544, 10.45 lbs for about 22 bucks...can't go wrong
1300 calories and 80 or so grams o protein in the recommended 4 scoops....i only take 2 per serving tho
Muscle juice: that's a lot of calories and fat for a protein shake.. I'd stick with ON Whey
optimum nutrition whey is probrably the best bang-4-the buck balanced with decent taste and reasonably priced protein out there.
muscle milk is good..... but expensive... on 100% whey, yeah is good choice. but the best protein though in my opinion would be egg protein.... i have used the liquid egg white as protein and have had alot better results than whey protein.... you also get more out of your protein with egg. with whey you dont get all of the amino acids. The egg white liquid is sold on supp. websites theres one company that makes a tub of it and you can get a pump and everything.. you can also even mix it with your protein..
first off he is asking the best whey protein most likely for post workout, you wouldnt want to take muscle milk or egg protein post workout bc you dont absorb it as fast as you would 100% wheyOriginally Posted by madds87
