    which is better for mass gains..... Sosonol250 (IDS) or Methyl-Vol (EST)?

    you might shit out your liver taking sostenol its a combo of 3 orals which will probably get you pretty big d e p ending on diet and exercise

    theres also no evidence that the combo of these 3 orals actully has any benefits exept putting extra stress on the body.

    Go with the methyl-vol bro, its a superdrol clone and its gains are lean and dry. ALSO make sure you have a proper pct and diet laid out. OTC designer roids are not somthing to play around with.
