Natural weight gainer?
Is there such a thing? I hate taking this stuff loaded with sugar or splenda. I've been taking the Optimum Nutrition natural protein, and it actually tastes really good with a low amount of sugar... I just wise there was something similar out there for weight gainer. I'd like to make my own meals, but I just don't have the time to make 8 meals a day.
Thanks!

Whey powder(30-40grams)
Oats(80grams)
Peanut Butter(15grams)
-(i think some people throw in a banana as well)
or adjust the portions to your needs.
throw in blender
and boom!, a healthier, better weightgainer.
