I am looking at getting a multi vitamin from allsportsnutrition. Right now I just use whatever cheap product is on sale. What would you all recommend?

i take the twinlab daily one caps iron free i like them
The twinlab daily looks prety good and i like that I only have to take one a day. I have been reading the descriptions on some of these multi vitamins and with some of them you have to take 4 a day. If I do go with a vitamin that you have to take multiple times a day is it better to space the dosage out throughout the day or can you take them all a once?
Has anyone tried the max life 200? If so how do you like it?
I take Mega-Pro Athletic Pac Plus Multi Vitamins
I take GNC's megaman... I know it's overpriced and I'm guessing my body isn't absorbing all the vitamins seeing as how I'm pissing neon green//yellow and I always keep hydrated but drinking a lot of water throughout the day.
gnc haha sorry for l a u g h ing why do you waste your money there
you can do whatever you want take them all am or split them up, and bc the twinlab is one pill its a much larger pill then the regular 4 times a day mutli you are thinking about
i also hate gnc but i take there megaman vitamins as well. i also piss neon green. i really like them so ill pay for it.
go to the vitamin shoppe and get there mens multi its the exact same thing and a lot cheaper
I agree gnc is crazy expensive. I think I am gonna give the twinlab daily a try. Thanks for all the help.
np bro
animal paks kiddd
I like AllSportsNutrition's Vitamin/Mineral complete 120. I've been using this the last 6 months and really like it.
i didnt see that one on the websiteOriginally Posted by freakinhuge
naw if your a fan of multis from gnc.. i would suggest the multi gold liquid! the taste isnt that great but it sure kicks yah in the butt with energy, has green tea and also a little bit more vit-b's than your av. multi... with liquid you also get more absorption(sp, haha my bad).
i took animal paks forever but i didnt really like them as much especially with all the diff multi's i have taken. it is cheap. but the quality i think isnt that good. call me ignorant. the only thing i would really suggest if you do turn to animal paks, would be to take the pack(if you taking them before and after your workouts) throughout the day before your workout, then take the other pak the rest of the day. this way i would think you would get all of the nutrients that is says you will get. i honestly dont think you will get all of it in one dose.Originally Posted by number twelve

Its good and cheap.
I get the Mega Vita-man at Vitamin world. I don't get much else there, but on member card days you can get about 8 months worth for $20.00. It works for me.
Don't waste you money on synthetic vitamins, get vitamins made from whole food sources, the best company is Solgar, they have been around forever and have the BEST reputation and very high quality. They are made from whole foods. Your body can absorb more of them, the synthetic vitamins don't get absorbed nearly as well, so you are paying for stuff that your body does not take use. Yes, the whole food based ones cost much more, but you get more of them, you get what you pay for, as the saying goes. Super Nutrition vitamins is also very popular among body builders, they are also whole food based.
^^ +1 to thatOriginally Posted by number twelve
