what supplements do you take 24/7?

i like to use a good whey protein (100%whey/gold standard) its nearly $50 for a 2lb tub in ireland, which is madness.so if any off u guys have used lions protein let me know if its good..also i use animal pak,and creatine occasionally is this a balanced supplement intake 2 take daily with a clean diet of 3500 to 4500cal?
of course if i was on a cycle id include some milk thistle, saw palmento, vit c and e.
ive used 6oxo before which is meant to boost ure testosterone and act as a natural aromatase inhibitor, ive got to admit ive wasted time and money buying fancyproducts which deliver nothing,so from now on apart from any cycles i do am i on the right track consuming the supplements i use above??

I believe in wholefoods for everything EXCEPT when using shakes for pre and post WO. IMO and based on several studies I have read they can be used to great advantage during these times. I would also advocate the use of a shake in the middle of the night when getting up to pee as wholefoods would interfere with my sleep where as i can simply drink a shake to help thwart catabolism and go straight back to sleep.

Iso + carbs for pre and post
    Casein for middle of night.
I use only pure powder and flavour it with carob powder and stevia as i do not like artificial colour and flavour (i have none in my diet at all). I also add a little PB to the night time shake.

Creatine and Beta-Alanine are working well for me too.
Myogenx is also working wonders for me during PCT.
Fish oil caps i use ED.

PB you should look into liquid amino acids. I use these pre/during workout. I also believe in putting amino's in pre-workout through supplementation. I think liquid amino's work better than a whey protein though, easier on the stomach considering that whey is a dairy extract. The liquid amino's come in a syrup form, i mix about 24g in with water drink half before the workout and sip the other half during the workout. Works well.

I take whey/dextrose/malto PWO, so my list should include these as well. Other than that, it's whole foods only.
