caffeine and nitric oxide
I did a quick search and couldn't find any information on this. I remember reading somewhere that caffeine has a negative effect on nitric oxide. If this is true, is it recommended that I not take caffeine (AMP) with a nitric oxide (NO-Shotgun)? Not sure if what I read was false, but I definatly don't want to use both at the same time if they wont work synergestically.

id say no just based off the fact so many preworkout supps have arginine and caffeine - no explode, no shotgun, pump fuel, fast twitch.... all have both ingredients
