Hmm done a little snooping around and found that basically green tea extracts contain minimal ammounts of caffiene so they would not be a good sub for caffiene in an ECY stack however they would be a good addition due to there alledged fat burning properties and all round anti oxidant and health benefits. If you are looking to sub the caffiene for a more natural source then look into guarana.
