I keep seein people callin their ECA stack a cycle like they have a planned out exact amount of time they will be on it and then others just seem to take however long they want until they get the results they want. Are they callin it a cycle cause they just go off and on it for example 1 wk on and 1 wk off? or does anyone have specific amounts of times that a human should take it before it becomes unsafe?
I'm askin because i love it so far and ive dropped bout 9lbs in the last month mainly cause it keeps me energized for my cardio and wakes me outta bed so im eating right, so i wanna keep takin it. I'm takin it 4 days on 2x a day then 3 days off with benadryl at night
