Coq10, I've always heard good things about it. Vitamin C is also a very powerful antioxidant

garlic is one of natures best antioxidants, take a clove chop it up finely and swallow it down with water. best time to do this is bedtime, while you sleep the garlic travels your digestive system and cleans you out. swallow the garlic dont chew this way you dont get bad breath.

    Excellent post!

The ones we get from food are better used by our bodies anyway. I'm chomping down a few cups of wild blueberries as I type this.

All the berries are very high, it is best if you get them fresh or flash frozen, the powder tablet forms or not that hot. When they dehydrate them, they lose much of the powder.

The most powerful ones from what I have found are these:

Mangosteen - From south east asia, Xango makes the best, I am no MLM fan, but they currently make the only one made from the whole fruit puree, no powder!!! Tons of copy cat cheap crap out there, stay away from it.

Acai berry - from south america - great, Monavie (MLM) and Sambazon (frozen puree available at Whole Foods rip off over priced store. not MLM)

Goji berrie - from the Himalayan mountains - Free Life make a good one (MLM) I am sure there are others too,

Chaga Siberian Mushroom - this one is king of them all in the mushrooms and a very, very high anti-oxidant. It tough to find a good source that is pure, good luck! Very cool stuff.

Even i choose acai berry. I think it has highest antioxidant. Even acai berry is 10x higher in nutritional value and antioxidants then the blueberry, and the effects of this berry are absolutely amazing.

Put two green tea bags into a 2 litre bottle of water and leave in the fridge overnight. Sip on it the next day. One of my secrets...
