Muscles are sore?
I am currently taking Deca at 300mg week and Test Cyp at 500mg a week. I am in to my 4th week and my muscles seem like they aren’t able to keep up with the workout. I am eating right and taking lots of protein, but something is missing. Does anyone have any suggestions for something else I can take to help my mussels feel better and maybe increase my results from my cycle?

is this your first cycle? do the muscles hurt from you sticking them or is it all your muscles? maybe try a preworkoutsupp like no shotgun or something like that

nah the sticking doenst bother me at all.. they just feel overworked... and sore,, it feels like they r holding me back

workouts are about 1- 1 1/2 hours and post workout i drink a bottle of water and a protein drink that contains 42 grams of whey protein, this is all it contains.. I wait atleast 45 mins. after that and eat a meal..

take a week were you lighten up the weights and intesity. I have to do that about every third or fourth week cause i will feel exactly as you do. Give your muscles a little extra rest.

sounds like your overtraining
take more breaks
w/o every second day until u start to feel better
