another post workout thread
I have used dextrose for a while and am now trying new things thinking of either cytogainer or making a combination of maltodex and waxy maize.
I am thinking of a combination of 65% waxy maize and 35% of malto. What do most of you think of this combination?.?.? I don't know whether or not i am going to go ahead and get the protein mixed in with the carbs b/c i am not sure what percentage i should put of aminos per lb. of this mix.
any ideas....
