i havent personally taken it because everyone i know that has, put on weight. one of my friends was up 12 lbs. by the time he finished his first bottle....he also added about 20 pounds to his max bench. he is now at the end of his second bottle and is up almost 30 pounds and bench has gone up almost 50 lbs. over all. i have been hearing about a supplement that is supposedly better the the tren ......it is called trenavar. dont know anyone on it but the guy at the mm i go to has been talkin about it.
