What to mix with Creatine.

Okay, I'm using Prolab Creatine mixed with Dextrose in water. This stuff tastes like crap, it's all I can do to keep it down. My question is, if I mix a teaspoon of poweraid juice powder in the mix, will this decrease any potency from the creatine? I've heard you're not suppose to mix creatine with certian juices.

I mix mine in Kool-Aid,Dex, and ALA.

You can mix it with juice as long as it's not acidic.

ie. Grape, Berry not orange,grapfruit,lemonade.

There was an article in the new flex saying not to mix it with grape juice. I'll see if I can't get it posted in the next couple of days.

i mix mine with citric punch, You think that the creatine is not working? The reason i mix it with citric punch is becaus the creatine is not nasty anymore. You think that i'm not getting any effect from creatine if i take it with the citric punch? it tasete gooood
