whats a good way to add carbs to my post workout drink? i usually eat 3 or 4 slices of white bread or drink a large gatorade, but is there a good powder you guys add to your shake to carb it up?

I usually just drink a gatorade like u were saying
I add oatmeal. I just use a blender to turn it more to a powder, makes it easier to mix that way.
could use vitargo if you like to spend alot of $$
i use cytogainer i like it and its hella tasty![]()
