    noxplode?

    Is it really necessary to wait the 2 hours after your last meal. Just curious If I were able to drink it after an hour of eating a meal?

    I would wait 1.5 to 2 hrs after a meal and at least 30-45 minutes after shake. If you don't wait the product will not have the same effect. Food diminishes the effect and you will not benefit from the ingredients
