Um, I think my thread is gone...thats weird.

Anywho, Im gonna be bulking in the summer. What I plan on taking:

-Twin Labs 2 a day multi vitamin (I heard its a good one)
-BCAA's 10-15 grams ed
-Optimum Amino 2222 Softgels - not sure how much???
-Fish Oil Pills
-Flaxseed Oil
-Creatine
-Vitamin C
-Glutmine Peptides

I think thats the jist of it. I was thinking about maybe Vitamin E and B12? Yay or Nay? Any other advice appreciated.
