I am a 24 yr old female taking Oxandrin (Oxandralone) and and looking to gain LEAN muscle mass and drop 1-2%BF. I am already at 16% at the onset of cycle. My boyfriend says oxandralone makes creatine easily utilized by the body. I want to gain the muscle but don't want to retain too much water. How much creatine should I be taking and what do I take it with.
