    Aminos and protein

    I was wondering what and when to take aminos and protein. I hear people saying have liquid aminos after a workout because they absorb faster, but then some people say have BCAAs, and then others say just have a whey protein shake. I'm kinda confused on which is best to take after a workout, and when to take the other ones or even if they are necessary. Do I need aminos if my protein powder has aminos in it?
