Hey guys have read alot on PWO, would like you'll opinion on mine. Perfect beast, Csar and others let me know what you think please I'd appreciate the help. Here it is:
2 Scoops EAS Protein mix total 44 gram proteins
1/2 scoop WMS
1/2 scoop powered ( in blender ) Oatmeal
10 grams BCAA's
Should I cut out the oatmeal and just use WMS? Thought oatmeal would help with cholestrol, thats why still have it in there with WMS. Or should I leave oatmeal in and still up WMS to full scoop (70 gr). I use this for PWO and also after morning cardio. Thanks for the help guys. If I got this all jacked up, sure you'll let me know.
