Two seperate questions in this thread..
Ok my brother is 6'2 205...hes pretty lean right now but hes looking to put on alittle extra muscle..not sure what supplements he should take...hes taken creatine and other random things in the past but he wants something legal that will help him gain some good lean muscle...he has all the protein you could ever need he just wants to have some assistance with a supp... also im trying to cut at the moment...ive taken clen before and hydroxycut and im looking for something also legal to just assist in the fat burning process...were going on a cruise in about 7 weeks and i wanna look as best i can before we go...the reason im asking is because i havent been into the whole supplement thing for awhile and im not sure if there is anything new out that anyone recommends

Quick question, how old are you and your brother and how long have you both been working out? Plus what is you body fat? This will help determine what you may want to take.

we both have been working out for years...he is 19 yrs old...im 22 yrs old...his bf is around 12-15% and im around 14-17%...and we have all the right food but wanna start taking supps again...im trying to get down to around 12% bf and my brother wants to lose maybe alittle fat but mostly put on alittle bit more muscle
