    Yet another SD/PP question.

in KBiz's SD profile, he states that pheraplex causes heavy water retention along the same lines of D-bol. But Giants pheraplex profile states that PP doesn't aromatize, and doesn't cause water retention. Which is true?
Does PP cause water retention or not? I know SD doesnt.

Yeah i just noticed that in there as well. just because somthing cant aromatize does not mean it wont cause bloating. other things besides estrogen cause bloating, such as dairy products and sodium.

PP will cause u to bloat... as bad as dbol ? no way. but it will cause u to bloat alot compared to SD which is super dry. so the one that giant posted is not completley wrong, but PP does cause bloating because its more androgenic

Thanks for clearing that up for me. I know the estrogen isn't the only cause of bloating, but was just curious about the post. So basically a super strict diet would make them run close? with SD being the drier one because of its diuretic effect and lower androgen rating?

    (would be a good experiment)

Yeap pretty much. exept your going to still see SOME water weight because of its a higher androgenic properties. But a super strict diet could play a big part.

Yeah, i would just go ahead and suck it up, take SD, and deal with the sides. Pheraplex is safer, but SD delivers better gains. If u run both seperately, and btoh give u 15lbs of mass, after water loss and proper PCT, the SD will be more solidified gains. Plus, thats what support supplements r 4 anyways!
