    Talking taking creatine and glutamine at the same time.

    I recently heard that you shouldn't take creatine and glutamine at the same time because they cancel eachother out...how much truth is there to this?...because I normaly take them together.

    They are fine together. Just don't take it with pot! Then they will cancel eachother out.

    No truth at all. Glutamine is not anabolic (or too useful) on it's own, but will increase gut absorbtion of other things, creatine being one of them.

    They are fine together. Just don't take it with pot! Then they will cancel eachother out.
