should I take my supplements on Off-days?
hey folks, I got some quick silly questions at the back of mine. Should I keep on taking creatine and glutiamine even on my off workout days? I workout on MWFS and Tue/Thurs/Sat are off.

yes, take the creatine everyday as you want to keep your muscles saturated with it, and the glutamine take everyday as well to aid in recovery.

Yup. Like a multivitamin, they should be taken everyday.
