anyone take Octacosanol

well I cant give you an answear about octa. but I do know that Policosanol which is almost the same thing is very effective for cholesterol,

Now before someone post such and such study saying no it dosent, save it I already have read them, but the reason I still recommend them is that I used to work in a health food store, I DIDNT profit from them but when people used about 30mgs each day for 1-2months they lowered there cholestrol substatinoally, on avg by like 20 points.

Its super cheap (policosanol) and before you get on a statin, try it and see if it works for you...
