Question for the experts:
What are the best times to take BCAAs?
I usually take caps immediately before workout (with creatine and caffeine) and then immediately after weight training (also with creatine). I then hit cardio for e.g. 30 minutes and follow with a PWO shake - most powders also have add'l BCAAs I believe.
Other than that, I don't take extra BCAA caps.
Suggestions/critique?
