To answer the question, you should look into the bigcat stack. You can get it over at bodybuilding.com. It contains both 4diol and 19nor along with 1,4diol and 5aa. Here's what i got from it(i shortened the cycle to avoid a crash after cycle)

Before 203.5@ 9.8%bf bench225 for 8
After 214 @ 10.3%bf bench240 for 8

Its good shit. If you eat to gain, you will. I ate like a pig,and didn't put on too much bf.
