    19 nor with 4-diol

    19 diol is good to cycle alone or in conjunction with 4-diol. what doses,

    I wouldnt waste my money on prohormones. Side effects in a bottle.

    Once again you are steering people away from good products that will give them good gains.

    To answer the question, you should look into the bigcat stack. You can get it over at bodybuilding.com. It contains both 4diol and 19nor along with 1,4diol and 5aa. Here's what i got from it(i shortened the cycle to avoid a crash after cycle)

    Before 203.5@ 9.8%bf bench225 for 8
    After 214 @ 10.3%bf bench240 for 8

    Its good shit. If you eat to gain, you will. I ate like a pig,and didn't put on too much bf.
