So that's some magic elixir ? Well, maybe I should add some suplement to my diet. I don't use any becayse there is too much BS outthere and You never know what to get, plus I don't believe in a lot of this BS.

You could use it daily as well at any time during the day ( I have it at night before bed)

amplify 02 is the shit. i've tried literally every supplement on the market, and this stuff is the best. i ordered a bottle this week based on reviews i read on here and i was a little skeptical. it arrived in 2 days (awesome) and i popped 10 of those bad boys.

this stuff gets me more psyched than most roids. i'm in my 4th week of pct and i don't want to leave the gym. i do every exercise i can think of, with as much weight as i can and i just wanna keep going.

just so you guys know i have no affliation to this company whatsoever, it's just a really good product.

props to agxsports.com, and i'll be ordering several more bottles as soon as this one runs out, as long as i don't 'get used to' the effects.

I would also like to state that I have no affilation with AGXsports what so ever. I ordered this product based on spy wizards review. Tryin most of the products spywizard has reviewed because well he knows his shit, and why would he give a good review if the product wasnt good? so i thought well if its THAT good then ill give it a try as well.

Day: 1 - it says that you should prob take half of the recomended dose to feel what your body can take. half would be 6 pills. I took 8 because im pretty used to products like this, i have used such things as animal pump and NO shot gun. i got into the gym a lil late about 45min, got some great pumps. nothing to to special but i could definetly tell it was working, but i knew i hadnt taken enough.

Day 2: popped 10 on a fairly empty stomach, what i usually do is take the 5 grams of raw mcc with about 12oz of water, then i eat a thing of apple sauce about an hour before the gym. dont ask me why i eat apple sauce but its been workin for me so, i keep it a normal practice. Then about 30min i pop 10 as i stated early on a pretty empty stomach.. got into the gym and BOOM had a great workout, felt like i was on sd again, well not THAT good, but it was damn close. my pumps were out of control, and my focus was right on target. i felt that 10 was a great place for me to stay but of course i wanted to know what 12 did!.

Day 3: raw mcc 1 hour before workout and a thing of apple 1/2 cup of apple sauce, then 30 min later popped 12 amp 02's. then 30min after that got my ass in the gym. now i have never felt this before but when i was on my way to the gym, i even felt more in the zone driving... it was pretty awsome. right when i noticed it i was like "ohh damn i need to get there faster" so i sped it up a lil and flew to the gym, got there in like 8 min hahaa. and its like 15 min from my house. anyway got in the gym and i was just throwing up weight. it was my back day, my deadlifts were up 20 more pounds and i was getting crazy back pumps. now most people complain of lower back pumps but it wasnt like that it was more upper back pump and my lats were blown up like crazyyyy. i was doing that walk where your arms are out by ur side hahaha.

anyway then i had to stop because im on vacation right now in marthas vineyard so ill be back sunday to hit the gym. and give me next couple day reviews.

Ok ok ok.. i have been slacking. One because i have been uber sick for the last couple days, and I never get sick, so when I do i cant do anything but sleep. my body not used to being sick. ANYWAYYYY back to the good stuff.

Day:4 Raw MCC 1 hour before workout with 1/2 cup of applesauce. 12 Amp 02 30min before workout with a glass of water. I used to have to wait like 45 min for most of my No2 supps to kick in but this one seems to kick in real fast around 25min. and usually im not ready for it, like ill be in my car on my way to the gym when it kicks in so im like ohh sh*t haha. but thats good keeps me on my toes. Also what i have noticed is amp doesnt have a crash. With my NO2 shotgun and my animal pumps i got a crash, and with the no shotgun the crash was REAL bad, but not with amp, no crash at all, it kind of just levels off after about an hour after my workout. What i have also noticed is i sweat like a pig on this stuff, i did sweat on my other no2 as well but not like this stuff, i make sure i bring an extra shirt to the gym now.

on to the good stuff. Once again the pumps were out of control, and my lifts are actully steadily increasing everytime i hop into the gym now. usually after PCT my lifts kind of just level out and stick around the same weight for a lil while, but i think the raw mcc is and amp are really helpin my lifts. loving this product so far.

Day 5. Raw MCC 1 hour before workout with 1/2 cup of applesauce. 12 Amp 02 30min before workout with a glass of water. Got to the gym today within the 25min and i walked in right when it started to hit me, i swear this a point with these no2 products i can either feel it or not feel it, it kind of just hits me like BAM! and i no im ready to kill babies or lift weights, which ever u preferr haha. anyway today was shoulders and the DB presses were goin up real niceee. my joints still kind of hurt as im wheening of letro right now, but not as much as last week, god damn the pain was bad last week. anyway my shoulders were super pumped and i was having a blast. stepped over to do some shrugs and it was on, my traps were the biggest i have ever seen them, my friend actully commented on how big they were. he was like dude i want those! hahaa which made me feel pretty good, i officially had no neck

so far thats all i got. ill be back tonight with my Day 6 review. so far this product has been very very good to me

it was my back day, my deadlifts were up 20 more pounds and i was getting crazy back pumps.

I went up 20 pounds on my 1-2 rep max for deadlifts the first week I used this stuff also. (AND I WAS CUTTING)

Yes heres my update:

I was on vacation in WV from the 12th-16th so my updates once again have not been as steady as I would have liked them to be.

Anyway the best pre-workout supp? So far yes. I have actully not had a better pump or forcus in the gym then when im on this stuff.

My focus is better on this then when i was on SD. The pumps are not as great as when im "on", but pretty damn close. I get vascular as hell, and i really notice the pump on chest/ tri day and my back/bicep days. my arms pretty much explode, its pretty f*ckin awsome.

I will add some more updates in the next couple days. sorry for the delay.

July 17th, 2006: Chest/Tri's

Well i took 4 days off of lifting because i as i posted earlyer I was in WV. Anyway back to the gym today for a nice "beat the sh*t out of chest" day

Same protocol like always, 1 hour before raw MCC with apple sauce and today i only took 9 amp insted of 12. 30min before workout. I wanted to switch it up and see if i noticed anything.

Well needless to say I didint, 9 kept me going just as strong, and i actully didint sweat as much, so i think this going to be my new dose. My lifts dropped about 10 pounds but its not because of the lower dose, its because i kicked the sh*t out of myself on vacation doing stupid stuff i wont go into (drink.. ect) got to get back into my groove, im sure next week, my chest day will be back to normal. im still recovering from this weekend.

Anyway the pumps were sick as always, i swear my chest is 3 times the size after i leave the gym, like my friends notice it and want to no my secret, i tell them i just take ampilfy 02 before workout and they think its like juice so the refuse to take it. People are so stupid! they think creatine and then go oh man your gonna have heart problems!. oh well there loss, im getting bigger twice as fast and my weight goes up better and im more happy about my lifts, while they stay stuck at the same weight for weeks. But im really only the serious person out of all my fiends who lifts, so its kind of hard to get them to aknowledge how important it is to me. Ok this isnt a ranting thread correct? haha so ill stop.

anyway so here are the details summed up: Sick pumps, crazy focus and awsome energy in the gym. Still not getting that shaky feeling like i got from No2 shotgun, and seriously NO crash AT ALL, i dont understand it, but i honestly have fell in love with this product.

Anyway This week will be my last week updating this ss i have a new log in the member cycle results for my var cycle. BUT i will be running this amp with my Var cycle, and I have been for the last couple days, so I'll let you in on that.

First day I took var - i was in the mindset, u no how it the first day u cycle, your super pumped, all u think about all day is hitting the gym. Well Add the focus and the No2 of amplify 02 to that and you get fireworks, The last 3 days I have been on var (today my 3rd day) have been some of my best workouts in a long time, and i give a lot of the credit to the Amplify 02. The var i do feel is kickin in as im getting more vascular, but the pump from amplify just seems to be getting better. With NO shotgun it was crazy crazy pumps for a couple weeks then they started to die down. with this its almost like it had to build up, first couple times i took it were awsome, but they were EH compared to now. This sh*t is somthing impressive and the pumps are painful and seriously blow the sh*t out of shotgun, and i highly recomend it to anyone.

Just writing this makes me want to pop some more lol, but its my off day anyway going to go run 5 miles, Peace out!
