Lipo 6
Hey waz up i am New to AR and had a question ? Is Lipo 6 a good diet pill or not and what would u use if wanted to lose 20 pounds. I am 6 foot 23 and 258 pounds been working out for about three years please help

no,
list everything you had in your food plan for today.. that will let us help you more..
but, no.. lipo 6 isn't the best product out there...The answer to your every question

Well I had
Oatmeal and and a protein Shake after the gym
1 Chiken Breast and broc
snack was an apple and a protein bar
1 8oz lean steak and rice
and for dinner i am going to Have a
Chiken breast with broc, and rice
and before bed a protein shake and is lipo 6 a bad product is that why u said it is not good.

a quality diet & cardio routine is a better start than ANY supplement. you will be amazed what you can do WITHOUT all that

Ive used it b4 they took the ephedra out and it was pretty good, but now without it who knows? Imo clen is the best fat loss oral, but as said above, you have to research and know how to dosage b4 use. Of course diet and cardio are a given.

I know clen is the best but for now i dont want to use that because i know i am not ready for that. Thats why i was woundering about the clen what should i be eating to lose 20 pounds and how many times a day do i eat.

Ok Here it is
4:30 am i wake up and get ready for work
6am at work
1 cup oatmeal, 5 boild eggs, and a protein shake
9 am break
protein bar or shake
12 noon Lunch
1 chicken breast, with a salad and some white rice
2.00pm break
1 can tuna and a fruit
3.00pm off work on the way to gym i have a portein shake
6.00pm I eat dinner
1 Chicken breast with mixed veggies and a yogurt.
Before bed a glass of milk
All day i drink 4 litters of water or more. Please let me know what u guys think

thats 5 meals.... get 6 instead. glass of milk b4 bed-not. make that a meal.. like some egg whites & fibrous veggie. post workout I'd like to see some carbs in that window of opportunity. 6am add more egg whites & drop the shake. wheres your fats?????

you may want to look into natural EFA supps like fish oils OMGA 3, they can help burn fat and have alot of other benefits for your overall health

Blue eye,
You get up at 0430 but don't eat until 0600 and your last meal was at 1800 (6 PM) that is a long time with out any food. What time do you go to bed? You might want to add casien protein before bed.
Add a six meal and at 0900 snack break I would eat food not protein, save your protein for PWO.
