well it is used to help loosen up flem in the lungs, and seeing as ephedrine is only sold as a bronchodilator nowadays it is only put in ur supplement to help with breathing in people with asthma. long story short it isnt bad for u so dont worry

Guaifenesin
is damaging to soft tissue and increases the likely hood of injury when lifting
it is muscle relaxant, and adrenergic blocker.
Ephedrine with Guaifenesin is a bad idea and btw makes you feel like crap
